SHIPPING

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during the holidays.

Once picked up and scanned by our carrier, orders may take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Please note: once a package is shipped, we can no longer control tracking information. We are unable to replace missing or stolen packages.

It may take 48 hours for your order status to update. If you have not received any order updates after 48 hours, please get in touch with our customer care team at hello@cleanburnn.com, and we will be happy to look into it.
