Refund policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with one of your Clean Burnn products, we would love to help make that right! Please contact us at hello@cleanburnn.com within 30 days of receiving your order or log into your account and submit a return request. 

If your order arrived damaged or if you're experiencing an issue with your product, please send us an email within 48 hours of receiving your order, including photos with a detailed description and we'll get it sorted out for you.

NOTE: We are unable to cover any shipping fees. Discontinued items, limited edition/vault release items, gift cards, or items not produced by Clean Burnn are final sales and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
