We ship throughout the U.S., including Hawaii and Alaska! We currently do not ship internationally.

We do not offer order pick-up but if you are located in San Clemente, CA, make sure to use our "Local Drop Off" shipping option for a flat rate fee of only $3.

All orders are processed and shipped within3-5 business days. Please allow for additional processing time during the holidays.

Once picked up and scanned by our carrier, orders may take 5-7 business days to arrive.

Our candles are made from a coconut wax blend. Our fragrance oils are eco-friendly, phthalate-free, & contain essential oils. We also use lead-free 100% cotton wicks. 

Yes, please do! Once your candle has only ¼” of wax left, pour boiling water into the jar and wait 1-2 hours. The wax should rise to the top, and you can dump it out from there! (don’t forget to take the wick/sticker out with a spoon) If there is remaining wax at the bottom, gently scoop with a spoon and toss. Once all the wax is out of the jar, wash with hot soapy water. Our jars can also be placed in the dishwasher!

Our candles burn for up to 50+ hours, depending on the size.

To limit sooting and mushrooming, make sure to trim your wick to ¼” before each use. If you don’t own a wick trimmer, nail clippers or small scissors will work fine!

These spots are caused by shrinkage as the wax is cooling inside the vessel. Therefore, air pockets will not affect the performance of the candle.

Store your candle in a cool, dry place. If exposed to direct sunlight, your candle may become discolored. 

Tunneling is due to the candle being burnt for short periods. To avoid this, allow the candle to burn until melted wax reaches the edge of the glass. Burning your candle for 2-3 hours is recommended for first-time use.
